Toby joined the LJ Hooker Burnie team in May 2018 after four years of working in retail and customer service. His role as Assistant Property Manager is to ensure that all processes and procedures run smoothly for both clients & customers of LJ Hooker Burnie.
Toby’s extensive experience in customer service at such a young age is one of the many reasons why he is great at communicating to tenants and landlords throughout the Property Management experience.
He is a skilled and organised multi-tasker who thrives in the fast paced environment that the Real Estate industry has to offer. Having a customer service background, Toby has the knowledge in being able to deal with clients on a daily basis, ensuring that all parties are taken care of and are satisfied at the end of the dealing.
Toby is currently studying a Certificate III in Real Estate Practice to further his knowledge in the industry.
