Toby joined the LJ Hooker Burnie team in May 2018 after four years working in retail and customer service. He is a part of our Property Management team and his role is to ensure that all processes and procedures run smoothly for both clients & customers of LJ Hooker Burnie. Toby’s extensive experience in customer service at such a young age is one of many reasons why he is great at communicating to tenants and landlords throughout the Property Management experience.
Toby is a skilled and organised multi-tasker who thrives in the fast paced environment that the Real Estate industry has to offer. Having a customer service background, Toby has the knowledge in being able deal with clients on a daily basis ensuring all parties are taken care of and are satisfied.
Toby is currently studying a Certificate III in Real Estate Practice to further his knowledge in the industry.
